Users are under a strict obligation to ensure that the following information is not included in any text fields or uploaded attachments:

1. Sensitive Personal Data: Any special categories of personal data under the GDPR, including health or medical conditions, financial records, government identification numbers, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, or religious beliefs.
2. Sensitive Intellectual Property (IP) Data: Any highly confidential, unpatented, or proprietary technical data regarding your project that would otherwise require a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be safely disclosed. Because this platform is a preliminary guidance tool, you must not submit core trade secrets or sensitive technical IP.

3. Data Transfer, Third-Party Disclosures, and Assumption of Risk

When you submit an application form requesting direct, human-led guidance from the Design2Market Support Board, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following data sharing terms:

• Sharing with the Support Board: I+A Limited will share your submitted form data and project metrics with the members of the Support Board, whoever may be actively involved or appointed to the board at the time of your request (including institutional leaders, industry practitioners, and external peer mentors).
• Transfer of Responsibility: Once I+A Limited transmits your submitted data to the members of the Support Board for evaluation, the data leaves the direct technical environment and sole responsibility of I+A Limited.
• User Knowledge and Assumption of Risk: By submitting your application, you verify that you understand this transfer process completely. You explicitly accept all inherent structural, professional, and data-handling risks associated with sharing project information across a multi-institutional, collaborative peer board.

4. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

We do not store your information longer than necessary to fulfill its intended purpose. I+A Limited enforces a strict data lifecycle policy: all personal data, contact information, and project metrics collected through our online forms will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our primary systems once your specific inquiry or support request has been fully processed, evaluated, and closed.
